SEIU Member Feedback for Uplift Oregon
Uplift Oregon is a labor-management partnership that was created from bargaining in 2019. The State of Oregon, SEIU 503, and AFSCME Council 75 agreed to jointly create and oversee the partnership to deliver quality training and education on employee benefits, wellness, and equity.

Through this partnership, we created Uplift Your Benefits, a first-of-its-kind benefits training for new state employees that ends with a union new employee orientation.

As we look ahead to 2023, we want to hear from you about what priorities you would recommend for Uplift Oregon. Please take two minutes to complete the survey. As leaders of SEIU 503, your feedback is critical to our work.
