Uplift Your Benefits (UYB) is a two-hour workshop to help new State employees make the most of their benefits.
While the workshop is valuable for all new employees, it is required in Workday for all new employees represented by SEIU or AFSCME. If you are an HR professional, hiring manager or agency leader and have questions about incorporating UYB into your onboarding process, making the workshop required for ALL your new employees in Workday, or have any other questions about UYB, send us a message and we will respond as quickly as possible.
